July's Buyer's Archive

So the plan to not spending any money this month went completely out the window due to me needing some new slippers as my previous pair finally bit the dust.  Luckily I still had heaps of birthday money left over from last month which meant that all this month's spending cost me nothing... sort of.

Snoozies - $29.99 from a shop I can't remember the name of

I'm really regretting not buying more of these when I was in Canada as my previous pair cost me just $5.  For the price of this new pair I could have brought myself about 5 pairs.  And that's counting in the exchange rate.  Sob.
Hat and mittens - $10 from The Warehouse

I actually brought these back in June but forgot to include them in last month's post.  I've been wearing these pretty much every day as I do my morning walk so they were totally worth it.  More of a baby pink instead of what the pic shows.  Why my camera changes some colours I have no idea.
Green dress - $39.00 from Ezibuy

It's my Mum's 70th birthday in August so I needed a nice dress to wear for the occasion.  Brought on sale and will, hopefully, last me years.

As for the previous years buys...

July 2017 - All 3 long sleeve t-shirts have been worn heaps, both last winter and this winter and are still going strong so I will probably get a lot more wear out of them next winter too.  One of my best buys ever.  As for the rest of the items all have been used.  A great month of worth while buys all round.

July 2016 - The socks are still alive and well while the shoes are definitely worse for wear but I'm now wear them for gardening so I'm still managing to get some use out of them.  Not bad for a $10 bargain.
